Free Shipping
Jomashop.com will gladly pay for FREE UPS Ground shipping for every order valued over $150. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by UPS. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico require Second Day or Next Day Air service. Orders to an APO or FPO address will require the United States Postal Service Shipment (USPS) Option. Delivery time via UPS Ground can range from 1 to 6 business days. Please view the map for transit time estimation.

Every item shipped from our warehouse is fully insured using UPS.
You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. UPS tracking information can also be obtained by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and submit the tracking number for a verbal shipment status or track your package online at http://www.ups.com. United States Postal Service shipments can be tracked here at USPS Tracking.

Shipping Restrictions
• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
• Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.
• Weekend deliveries are valid only if; the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option is selected, and the package will be shipped to a domestic location. For Saturday delivery, please call us at 1-800-333-9933 to place your order.


Shipping and Item Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, UPS or USPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact Jomashop.com to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package is not located, UPS and USPS will process a claim for the package. Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Jomashop.com and a replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If that item(s) is/are no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, Jomashop.com will gladly refund your original payment.

When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Jomashop.com within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. Please read our International Orders section below for International shipping problems. If the item received is not what was ordered, please contact Jomashop.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. If you believe that your automatic watch isn't working properly, please click here for more information. Product discrepancies notified to Jomashop after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement.

Packaging
In the unlikely event of goods received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc., Jomashop reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Jomashop cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Jomashop.com, a return merchandise authorization number can be requested by clicking on the Return/Repair Request Form, please see our note below about Special Orders. Keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise, or restocking fees.

Web and phone order purchases require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged / returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

  • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with a valid RMA number written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
  • Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA number. There are no exceptions.
  • Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process and for credit to be issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued. Jomashop.com always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item(s) purchased.
  • All return information is provided online through our Return/Repair Request Form link. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item less the original shipping cost if the Free Ground Shipping option was selected (usually runs between $12 and $60), please see note below about Special Orders.
  • Please Print, fill out, sign, and include the emailed RMA form with your package. Send your package to the return address specified on the RMA form. Please allow approximately 2 weeks after delivery for the return to be processed.
  • If a package is refused by the customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping to and from the customer.

We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex, etc. Note: A signed proof of delivery will be required on all lost package claims. The above guidelines apply to all purchases.

Special Orders
Select items sold on Jomashop.com may be considered a “Special Order” and subject to a limited return policy. A “Special Order” may be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website which are special ordered from our distributor, or have a sale price equal or greater than $4000, the return of these items will have a restocking fee of 8% or final sale policies unless otherwise agreed by the Jomashop.com staff via mail, fax or e-mail.

Extended Holiday Return Policy
In addition to our standard 30 day money back guarantee, all orders placed between November 1, 2008, and December 15, 2008, will be eligible for an extended exchange period. All holiday exchange requests must comply with the return policy instructions as stated above. In order to process an exchange, the customer must contact Jomashop.com request a Return/Repair Request Form before January 15, 2009. All items that are intended to be exchanged must be physically received in our warehouse within 5 business days of the deadline. Items that are received after the exchange deadline will not be accepted, and returned to the customer. The item that is being exchanged for must be of an equal or greater value than the item that is being returned.

Order Processing
Orders received prior to 1:30 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed within the same business day provided that the goods are in stock and customer identification is verified. To ensure that orders placed online prior to 1:30 PM EST will ship the same day, please review our “Payment Methods” section below and double check product availability with Jomashop.com customer service. After hour, weekend, and Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact Jomashop.com as soon as possible to correct the issue. When the order ships, a shipment tracking number will be provided to the customer via email. For package tracking, please go to our “Shipping” section above.

Payment Methods

Jomashop.com will accept payments via the following methods; credit card, money order, cashier's check, certified bank check, or wire transfer. Jomashop.com highly recommends payment in the form of a credit card or wire transfer for security purposes. You may browse the following payment methods below for more details:

We ship to PayPal Verified accounts with confirmed addresses within the US, Canada, and the UK only, and after payment cleared. If you do not have a Paypal account already you can sign up here. PayPal lets anyone with an email address to securely, conveniently send payments online.

Orders are authorized for payment when submitted online and your order will not be charged until it ships out of our warehouse. Please make sure that your billing information submitted to Jomashop.com corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to Jomashop.com that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order. For orders placed with a credit card that is issued outside the United States, please see our International Order section.

Different Shipping and Billing Addresses
Jomashop.com recommends that billing and shipping addresses should be identical whenever possible. Every address and phone number submitted to Jomashop.com is subject to verification. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order. If we reject your order or are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.


What should I do if my card is declined when placing an order?
If you receive a “declined” error message when your order is placed, you must contact your bank. Jomashop.com has no control over these error messages; they are submitted from your bank’s online authorization system. There are numerous reasons explaining a “declined” message. Usually credit cards have an online spending limit, and you may contact your bank to grant permission for the online transaction. After the bank temporarily lifts this restriction, feel free to order the item online again and proceed to checkout.

Checks:
Payment via money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. Please call 877-834-1434 or + 1 212-924-9925 to place an order with a check payment. After an order is placed, you will receive an order number over the phone or email. Please include your order number on the “memo” section of your check. You may mail your check to Jomashop.com with the following enclosed:

1. Your Order Number
2. Your Name, Shipping Address, Email, Contact Number, and Model Number of Watch Ordered
3. Your Signed Check with your order number in the “memo” section

Once payment is received and processed, your order will be shipped if stock is still available. If inventory is no longer available, your payment will be returned. After a payment is received, it usually takes one to two weeks to ship out your order. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law. Note checks are subject to our verification.

Wire Transfer
Jomashop.com accepts direct wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. Jomashop.com will deduct 3% off your order total if a wire transfer is used for payment. Wire transfer orders cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. You will be given an order number and emailed wire transfer details. Wire transfers are recommended for orders placed without access to a credit card. Jomashop.com usually receives domestic wire transfers the same business day; international wire transfers about two to four business days to process. Please contact Jomashop.com after the anticipated wire transfer date so we may check our records for your payment. After payment is received, your order will be shipped. International Orders and Credit Cards issued outside of the United States.
Online Payment
International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Jomashop.com will also charge a processing fee for all orders containing an international shipping address. This charge will be calculated during checkout and combined with the shipping charges for all international shipping addresses orders. Please note that if an international billing address orders ships within the continental United States, a 4% international processing fee with a $8 minimum charge will be added to your total when the order ships.

Verification
All online international orders are verified through the Jomashop.com payment system to accommodate our International cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative shortly. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved you will be notified of your cancelled order status via email.

Wire Transfer Payment
In addition to credit card payments, Jomashop.com also accepts international orders via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders must be submitted via email and processed manually. When sending Jomashop.com an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details). Jomashop.com will email you a list of wire transfer instructions after an invoice is generated in our system, and an order total is confirmed. Duty and Shipping
Jomashop.com does not assess duty for an international order and International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. All International Orders over $500.00 will ship via UPS and are subject to UPS Delivery Fees, in addition to all applicable duties and taxes. International orders are shipped fully-insured via USPS Global Express with package tracking. Depending upon the shipping destination, some international orders may be shipped via UPS. Oversize and/or high value orders that may require additional shipping charges, you will be contacted by Jomashop prior to your order shipping. The average International order usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your shipping location. Jomashop.com has no control if this transit time is lengthened due to transit delays or customs processing.

Shipping Problems
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Jomashop. If the item is received damaged, please contact Jomashop within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.

Our Watches Are Authentic

Jomashop.com purchases goods via authorized dealers and Jomashop.com will warranty watches purchased from our website. We buy our watches from authorized dealers, and respected industry wholesalers / distributors; therefore we have no pricing restrictions. In turn, we pass the huge savings on to you.

Our Watches:

are brand new, first quality, with all original parts and authentic.
have the original manufacturer’s serial numbers intact.
are not: refurbished, factory seconds, or replica products.
have a 1 to 5 year warranty program (see chart for details).

Warranty: Since Jomashop.com does not sell products through the manufacture’s pricing guidelines; we cannot provide the manufacturer’s warranty with the product. A manufacturer’s warranty card may not be issued or may not have an authorized dealer stamp.

While the merchandise is 100% authentic in its manufacturer’s source and components, since we are not an authorized distributor, the warranty of the watches are provided by Jomashop and not by the manufacturer. See our warranty section below for details.

Watch Warranty
Jomashop.com will service every brand name watch sold on our website (see chart for exceptions) for a period of 1 to 5 years after purchase. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. If you believe that your automatic watch isn't working properly, please click here for more information.

Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product. Jomashop.com does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.

Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party null and voids the warranty from Jomashop.com. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
